Villa San Nicolino is distant 5 kilometers from Morrovalle, where you can visit a Franciscan Monastery from XI century, the Nada Vicoli Palace from XV century with its beautiful stairway attributed to the Vanvitelli school

and the Civic Tower from the 300s.

From all around the park you can see and admire the richness of the typical landscape of our region, with hills often topped by beautiful historical villages

In 10 kilometres only you can reach the Adriatic coast with the beautiful beaches of Porto Recanati and Civitanova, Porto San Giorgio, Porto Sant’Elpidio, to enjoy in every season, and in 20 kilometres you can visit the Conero, a suggestive and unique naturalistic park.

In 40 Kilometres you will discover the Sibillini Mountains, with its National Park, one of the most spectacular corners of the Central Apennines, which in summer offer you a multitude of colours to be seen walking, horse riding or on board a mountain bike, and in the winter gets covered by snow and becomes a skiing destination.

Villa San Nicolino is also very close to important art, cultural and spiritual sites: it’s distant only 10 kilometres form Macerata, with its neoclassic Sferisterio, its Cathedral from the 700s, the Carriage Museum and rich Civic Art Gallery; always 10 kilometres away you will find the Romanic Abbey of San Claudio and Santa Maria a pie’ di Chienti, which will amuse you for its double layered churches.

Only 20 kilometres separate us from the Fiastra Abbey, and its natural park, and Recanati, Giacomo Leopardi’s town, where you can visit the Leopardi Palace and recognize the suggestive places that inspired his poetry, such as the hill, the square and the tower.
